Our Story
Know Your Noodle was founded with the hope that we could become North Carolina's go-to service for trustworthy and colorful ratings of dishes from local restaurants in the High Country.
Know Your Noodle is a service for anyone wondering what types of pasta dishes they should try at local restaurants. Know Your Noodle offers helpful ratings to users with colorful details of pasta dishes provided by trustworthy and unbiased raters.
Our mission is to provide authentic ratings to users. To do this, Know Your Noodle does not pressure or coerce raters into providing higher or lower ratings to certain restaurants. All Know Your Noodle ratings are given in the hope that any user can have the best experience while dining at local restaurants.
