CAPONE'S PIZZA AND BAR
This Know Your Noodle rating is provided by our raters, Anna, Hannah and Eveland.
Our raters ordered two dishes from Capone's, the manicotti and cheese ravioli.
The Manicotti is a dish with two pasta shells stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and herbs covered in your choice of marinara sauce, meat sauce or Alfredo sauce and topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and includes a side salad. The manicotti is priced at $7.49.

Eveland- "I feel like the flavor was good, not great. What could have made it great was more flavor in the ricotta cheese."
Anna- "The grease has settled on the sides of the dish, which looked a little unappetizing."

Anna- "I love cheese ravioli but this was really greasy. I felt the portion size was a little small, and there was a slaty after-taste left behind in my mouth after eating the dish."

CHA DA THAI
This Know Your Noodle rating is provided by our raters, Anna and Brandon.
Our raters ordered two dishes from Cha Da Thai.
The Pad See Ew is a Thai rice noodle dish with large rice noodles with soy sauce, broccoli and egg served with your choice of chicken, pork, tofu, beef, seafood or seafood combination. Our raters chose the option of chicken priced at $10.50.

Anna- "The portion size is great for leftovers! I really enjoy the flavor of the dish and it is reasonably priced."
Brandon- "The Pad See Ew was rick in flavor, both sweet and savory. The noodles were well complimented by the chicken."
The Pho Noodle Soup is a Thai rice noodle dish with steamed, thin rice noodles with bean sprouts, onion and cilantro in a delicious broth that comes with a side of fresh basil, bean sprouts, lime and hoisin sauce. The Pho Noodle Soup is served with your choice of chicken, pork, tofu, beef, seafood or seafood combination. Our raters chose the option of chicken priced at $10.50.

Anna- "The portion size is big, but I enjoy that! The broth doesn't have a bitter taste, but I felt it had more flavor after adding the juice of a lime."
Brandon- "The pho was a hearty portion, just a tad salty."

ROESS DINING HALL
This Know Your Noodle rating is provided by our raters, Anna and Brandon.
This rating of Noodle Works in Central Dining Hall was provided because of Central Dining Hall's popularity as a go-to place to eat for students.
Our raters ordered one dish from the Noodle Works restaurant in River Street Cafe.
Our dish included spinach, chicken and noodles topped with a basil pesto and parmesan cheese priced at $7.25.

OSAKA
This Know Your Noodle rating is provided by our raters, Anna and Brandon.
Our raters ordered three dishes.
The Thai Drunken Noodle is a dish that includes flat rice noodles, egg, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, onion, Thai basil leaves, scallion with a spicy basil sauce with a choice of vegetable, tofu, chicken, pork, shrimp, beef, scallops, or the house special for toppings. Our raters ordered the dish without the bell pepper, cabbage, onion and no spice. The Thai Drunken Noodle with pork is priced at $9.95.

Anna- "There was still a lot of spicy flavor to the dish, but I didn't dislike that. I thought it was really colorful with the orange color of the carrots and the pink of the pork. The portion size was big, so it's a great dish if you like leftovers."
Brandon- "The noodles had more than a little heat. A lovely meal for those who like their noodles a little zesty."
The Wonton Soup is a dish that includes a single dumpling in broth with scallions. Our raters ordered the dish at it's small size priced at $2.50.

Anna- "The broth was pretty bland, the wonton being the only aspect of the dish that had flavor. Not a lot of coloring in the dish, but the pricing of the dish is reasonable."
Brandon- "Sadly a little lack luster next to the other dishes, but at a lower price point not entirely egregious."
The Lo Mein is a dish that includes mixed vegetables and a choice of vegetable, chicken, pork, shrimp, beef or house special topping. Our raters chose a beef toping priced at $8.75.
